Form Builder that send responses to email address
I'm really liking Jotspot however, when the email is forwarded to our ticketing system it jumbles the response up in code. Any way to fix this?

Do you use a CRM system/cloud-based?Most CRMs have form builders or similar to what you are looking for.Probably need to remove the formatting when receiving the emails.

O365 has forms built in with most subscriptions. Should be very easy to accomplish this how you’re describing.

Make sure you have a captcha on that form or you'll get a lot more responses than anticipated.

Google forms will do it, I've also set up one in Microsoft Forms that is included with at least some forms of Office 365 and is an add on for others.

Can I mention the obvious? Whatever you choose, make sure it's securable and that someone can't add bad things to the email, because that's an email that will get opened... Just sayin'

Thanks all. I wound up using Microsoft Forms with Power Automate. Didn't even know Power Automate existed but it's very neat. Seems to be working like a charm.
